Saicosys Technologies assures a website/Software guarantee period of 45 days since began to handover.

Application & Perception

  1. This Terms & Conditions (Agreements) are between Saicosys and our clients for web design & development and other services provided by Company.
  2. You are declaim that you have read, understood & accepted to these web designing & web development terms and conditions aside you agreed to be apprenticed by them.

Description of Work – Opportunity & Acceptance

  1. We offer standard Website design and Web Development package. Our Web Design and Development quote depending on your business requirement and Service delivery time. No agreement for the supply of services will be considered until the Saicosys sends an invoice to you for payment.
  2. The invoice for purchases services from the company is equal acceptance by the agreement of terms of uses and the acceptance of Saicosys T&C will remain valid contract between you and Saicosys.

Customer Duties

  1. Customer will be liable for the completeness & accuracy of the materials.
  2. Saicosys will not be responsible for any delays resulting from your deficiency to fulfil any of your duties.
  3. You accept that the ability of Saicosys to provide the services depends upon your timely and full cooperation (which you agree to provide) as well as completeness & accuracy of the design specifications and any other information and data provided by you or on behalf of you.

Payment Terms & Condition

  1. These Website Designing & Web Development Payment Terms & Conditions exist of an agreement between Saicosys and you for the provision of Website Design, Web Development and other IT services that have been interpreted below.
  2. First of all Customer needs to pay the Down Payment as XX% of upfront design charges to start with the development of a project unless there any other agreement that specifies a specific amount. The remaining balance on your website is due after regardless of whether all data for the pages has been delivering by you.
  3. If the Client requests Web Design or data alterations to pages that have already been finalized, different functionality and new pages other than which specified in the original quotation document, the Saicosys reserves the right to quote separately for these alterations.

Refunds & Cancellation

Saicosys reserves the right to terminate\suspend\cancel the service at any time. If Website Design and Web development have already started then advance payments will not be refundable. However, a partial return payment can be possible depending upon the situation.

Termination

You hereby accept and agree that Saicosys may suspend its services or involvement with you, at any time and any stage or during the introductory and/or facilitation process, and/or negotiation by giving you written notice.

This Contract may be suspended at any time if:

  1. Your website contains any data/information which is illegal, radically abusive, likely to cause offense or to damage Saicosys reputation
  2. You enter into liquidation whether voluntary or compulsory, as an administrator appointed or receiver, cease or threaten to cease to trade, enter into any arrangement with your creditors.
  3. You stop paying us as per the agreement.

Charges and Payment

  1. Saicosys will issue payment invoices in respect of the services charges set out in your proposal document. The charges will be payable for the services whether recurring or not are set out in your proposal document.
  2. All advance payment and deposits are non-refundable.
  3. You are responsible to pay us for all kinds of charges for services within invoicing periods, whether: A: this agreement has been terminated or stopped during such invoicing periods or B: such services provided by our company have been canceled or changed during such invoicing periods.
  4. Additional or other services charges will be payable for out of scope work, whether that work express set out in your proposal document or not.

General Terms

  1. To maintain the peculiarity of our company service to our customers we reserve the right to modify or change the current terms and conditions and the nature of our services.
  2. All the notices which affect to company or customers must be given in writing. All Issued Notices to the Clients will be considered validly given if addressed to your communication address as mentioned in the agreement or any other address as is provided by you to Saicosys in writing.
  3. All taxes would be applicable as per the government guidelines.
